We do
things the old-fashioned way, and we understand if you prefer to as
well. Just print out the order form and
mail it in with a check.

For each item
you’d like:

1) select a
grade from among the options available for the container you want to
order. Use the quick grade guide below or
see more details;

2) tell us what
to do in case we are out of your preferred grade (substitute another
grade or refund your payment);

3) click ADD
TO CART (a PayPal cart window pops up);
|
|
4) enter the
quantity you want;
|
| 5) continue
adding items from this page or check out and pay at PayPal with your
major credit card. You will receive email from PayPal confirming that
your order has been received, and we’ll ship it. |
You may view
the contents of your cart anytime by clicking the SEE CART icon.
If the “PayPal - Shopping Cart” window doesn’t come forward, you may
need to switch to it manually. Once you are happy with the contents of
your cart, proceed according to the cart page instructions.
Gift orders are an important part of our business, and we make sure
that our syrup is safe and beautiful when it arrives. We will be
happy to include a message from you to your recipient on the packing
slip enclosed with the shipment. Just enter your gift message on the
PayPal site and we’ll take care of it. For mail-in orders, a space to
write the text of your note is provided on the order
form.
Items in stock will ship in 3 business days or less. Shipping prices
are based on our best calculation of actual cost, based on weight, your
location, and shipping method. We usually ship through USPS using
either parcel post or Priority, at our discretion. In some eastern
states, you will have shipping options in the shopping cart. Each
order must be deliverable to a single address — please order shipments
to separate addresses individually.
Online orders are processed by PayPal, which means the security of the
transaction is very high and you may pay with any major credit card.
PayPal permits you to use your major credit card to make purchases
without requiring that you establish an account and remember a
password. While this is free and safe, we understand that not everyone
is comfortable with this method of online ordering. Please mail in
the order form if you prefer not to sign
up with PayPal.
